Mary Lou ProcopioAGE: 74 • MiddletownMary Lou Procopio 74 of Middletown, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday May 20, 2017 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, NJ. Mary Lou was born on November 27, 1942 in Trenton, NJ. After graduating Trenton High. She met her husband Peter and they married in 1963. Mary Lou first lived in Red Bank and then settled in Middletown to raise her family. She is predeceased by both her parents and her sister Lorretta. Mary Lou is the beloved wife of Peter for 53 wonderful years. She is the devoted mother of Peter Jr. and his wife Iris, Michael and his wife Tamera, Stephen and his wife Sara, and Lisa and her husband Dave. Mary Lou is the loving sister to Helene, Dorothy, Michael, and David. She is survived by her grandchildren Peter the third, Gabriela, Giovani, Michael, Christopher, Mackenzee, and David Jr. Mary Lou loved going to her Senior Center where she was voted #1 volunteer in 2015. She especially loved her grandchildren which made her shine brightest. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.Mary Lou will be reposing at the Evergreen Funeral Home 1735 Route 35, Middletown, NJ on Thursday May 25, 2017, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9pm. Mass of Christian burial will take place Friday May 26, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Chapel. Endowment to follow at Mt. Olivet.
