Mary Lou TaylorZANESVILLE: Mary Lou Taylor, 74, of Zanesville, passed away at 5:35 a.m. Mon. February 16, 2015 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House surrounded by her family. She was born on October 24, 1940 in Zanesville a daughter of the late Edward and Ruth (Tom) Heck. She retired from Genesis Healthcare System. She was a member of Rolling Plains United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, William "Ottie" Taylor; three children, Kim (Terry) Smith, Kevin (Barbara) Taylor, and Kristie (Jeff) Ward; six grandchildren, Dustin Smith, Darci (Josh) Dusenbery, Jennifer (Josh Baker) Ward, Michael, Phillip, and Nathan Taylor; six great grandchildren, Caleb Scott, Maci and Laney Dusenbery, Grant Smith, Maralynn Taylor, and Jaxson Edmonds; one sister, Louanna Yoho; her puppy companion, Chloe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Laurabell Knipe; and one brother, Edward Heck, Jr. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015. Pat Wiseman-Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Rich Hill Cemetery near Chandlersville.
