CLEMONSMary Louise Mary Louise Clemons, 72, of Point Place, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. She was born on December 1, 1944, in Huntington, West Virginia to Donald Edwin Blake and Betty (Kazee) Hutchinson. Mary was a homemaker most of her life, then in 1989, with her husband, became owner of Portage Trail Canoe Livery in Fremont, Ohio for 10 years with their first full season in 1990. There they would spend 6 months out of the year. They formed a parent-like bond with many of the young adult workers who would say it was a life changing relationship for them. Most of her interests revolved around her husband, James, and always providing for and meeting his needs as well as those of her family. She loved her grandchildren very much.Left to cherish Mary's memory are her daughters, Tamara Ellis, Sandra (Greg) Finbar, and Mary Julia Ann Clemons; grandchildren, Adam, Lindsay (Lance), Katie (Jacob), Kyla, Blake, and Reece; great-grandson, Daniel; cousins Gloria Jean Sturgill, James Browder, Rex Allen Stickler, and Charles Blake; and numerous nieces and nephews.
