MARY LOUISE TUNISON, 93 of Hemet, California passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016. She was born on Monday, July 23, 1923 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Benjamin and Louise Bresser. Mary is survived by her four children: Carol Lowe, Michael "Mac" McNeilly with wife Barbara, Thomas Elswick, and Charlotte Faye Abramowitz with husband Steve; seven grandchildren: Rhonda, Lisa, Michele, Dody, Kim, Rick, and John, six great-grandchildren: Davia, Travis James Price, Sarah Jean, Matthew, Jessie, and Vincent; and five great-great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her two sisters Barbara Hall and Joan Bishop. For 20 years Mary was happily employed by East Whittier School District. Her true passion, however, was traveling. She was a member and officer of several RV clubs including Loners on Wheels, Coast to Coast, Friendly Roamers, Good Sam Club, and Escapees. Mary traveled all over the country with her traveling friends. Nothing but her family gave her more joy than being out on the road. Mary was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her. Services will be held privately by the family.
