Murray, Mary MargaretMary M. Murray, 86, of Neenah, died unexpectedly, as the result of an automobile accident on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. She was born on October 22, 1930, in Neenah to the late Charles and Margaret (O'Keefe) Schaller. Mary graduated from St. Patrick's Grade School and St. Mary's High School in Menasha. She attended Marquette University in Milwaukee and earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh. She was proud to be a kindergarten teacher in the Fox Valley area for many years. Mary was united in marriage to Edward "Ted" Murray Jr. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Menasha on December 29, 1956. She loved playing the piano, spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Mary cherished taking vacations, game nights and holidays with her family. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Parish, and distributed communion at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Neenah.Mary is survived by her husband: Ted; daughter: Kathleen Murray, Neenah; 3 sons: John (Stacey) Murray, Mequon; Mark (Ann) Murray, Appleton; and Patrick (Lisa) Murray, Appleton; 7 grandchildren: Collin, Miles, Garrett, Alex, Madi, Ryan, and Emma; and many other relatives and friends.Mary was preceded in death by her siblings: Charles (Marge) Schaller and Kathleen (Jim) O'Mara.Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, August 28, 2017, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 324 S. Nicolet Blvd., Menasha, with Fr. Jim Hablewitz and Mary Krueger, Pastoral Leader, officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
