It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Matthew Williamson, born on March 7, 1967, and who peacefully left this world on December 6, 2024, in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. He was the beloved son of Joe and Barbara Williamson.

Matthew is survived by his loving children, Tevin and Gregory Williamson. Both attended Memphis High School and graduated with honors. Matthew worked as a dedicated construction worker for many years before retiring in 2014.

Matthew was known for his passion for fishing and writing. He would often spend his weekends out on the water, seeking the next big catch, or jotting down his thoughts and stories in his trusty notebook.

Matthew will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace, dear friend. Your memory will forever live on in our hearts.

Funeral arrangements will be held on Saturday, December 14,2024 at First Baptist church at 2:30 pm
