Matthew Blage, 27, passed Sunday, February 18, 2018. Matthew was born to Rich and Jody Blage, February 26, 1990.

Matthew graduated from Dartmouth High school in 2009 and worked in the construction field. He was passionate about his children, sports, and his loved ones. 

Matthew is survived by 5 children: Ava Blage, Kyla Blage, Kendal Blage, Ayeson Blage, and Kyleigh Conrad; His mother, Jody Blage; a sister, Tabitha Blage; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held at Beacon Mortuary Funeral home on February 20, 2018, from 5:00-8:00 P.m.

The funeral will be private.
