Matthew Attended Louisiana State University where he earned a degree in Enginerring. He continued his career at Union Pacific Railroad.

Matthew loved sports, especially Baseball, where his favorite team was the New York Yankees. He spent his free time watching various sports games live and on TV. Matthew was always there to help relatives and friends with household projects, or whatever else people needed him for. 

Matthew is survived by his Parents Matthew and Jackie Galloway. As well as his only child, daughter, Morgan Galloway. Grandson Jordyn Galloway and Grandaughter Khaleesi Hamilton. Sister Tangela Galloway. Nephew Tony Dartez and Niece Gabrielle Phoenix. Godchildren Lee Herbert Bergeron and William Fitzgerald.
