Matthew S. GranzowMatthew Granzow, age 38, passed away suddenly on July 11, 2017. He was born on October 16, 1978 in Royal Oak, Michigan. The family moved to Toledo, Ohio in 1987 where he graduated from Sylvania Southview. He graduated from Ohio University, majoring in business and economics. After college he moved to Chicago, where he became a successful financial advisor. For the past year he has lived in Santa Monica, California, where he continued his practice. He is survived by his father and mother, Dennis and Kathi Granzow; brother, Jeffrey (Candice) Granzow; sister, Kathleen (Steven) Peters; grandmother, Mary DuPraw; niece, Agnes Granzow; and his Frenchy, Miss Gertrude.Visitation will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 310 Elizabeth St., Maumee, Ohio 43537, 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2017 with a memorial service following at 11:00 a.m.Donations may be made to La Rabida Children's Hospital, 6501 S.
