This obituary is administered by:

Maylani Slaughter, beloved daughter of Gionni Slaughter and Brittney Nelson, was born on April 29, 2024, in Topeka, Kansas. She brought joy and laughter to her family in her short time with us. Maylani is beloved by her older sister and brother Mareena Mcdaniel and Major Slaughter, Grandmothers Lorrie Slaughter and Tracey Nelson, Great grandmother Roxanne Slaughter, Aunt Breanne Nelson, Cousin Malysia Plakio, and Uncle Jaden Slaughter. Maylani was beloved by many more.

Maylani's infectious giggles and bright eyes captured the hearts of all who knew her. Despite her brief existence, she made a lasting impact on those around her.

Although Maylani's time on earth was short, her spirit will live on in the memories of her family and friends. She may have left us too soon, but we take solace in knowing she is watching over us from above.

Maylani Slaughter, you may have been tiny in size, but you had a big presence in our lives. Rest in peace, sweet angel.

You can to the family or in memory of Maylani Slaughter.
