Ms. Mary "Mea" Stembridge was born March 16, 1929, to the late Lalo Creddille and Charles Stembridge in Crawford, Georgia. Mea was peacefully called to etenal rest on August 25, 2015 at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.

Mea was known for her outgoing personality and caregiving ways. Mea worked as a caregiver for Kings Brook Rehabilitation for over 20 years. She always gave a helping hand to anyone. She joined New Christ AME church in 1991 and made this her second home.

She was preceded death by ten brothers and sisters, and three children: Chanel Williams, Linda Peek, and Lin Creddille.

Mea leaves to cherish her memories her loving and dedicated children: Agnes Cintron of Union Point, Georgia; Micheal Alexander of Brooklyn, New York; and Gary Creddille of Brooklyn, New York. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, cousin, and close friends.
