Megan Elizabeth DunnaganMegan Elizabeth Dunnagan, 29, of Moses Lake, passed away on Saturday June 14, 2014 at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.Megan was born on December 19, 1984 in Ketchikan, AK, to Steve and Janet (Bosserman) Dunnagan. As a result of complications during her birth, she was flown to Seattle Children's Hospital where she spent the first 8 months of her life. She returned to Wasilla, AK where she lived until 1990. Megan received a kidney from her mother on March 6, 1987. She lived most of her childhood in numerous towns in Alaska. She moved to Ellensburg in 2001, to Othello in 2007 and settled in Moses Lake in 2009. Though Megan had medical problems all of her life, she never complained. She was never concerned with material things but instead wanted to see the joy in others eyes as she reached out to help them and care for them. She worked for a time as a care giver in Moses Lake and at Avalon Care Center in Othello. She loved her time there and carried many memories of the people she helped her entire life. Megan enjoyed sports especially football and especially when the Seahawks were playing. The highlight of her later life was to attend a Seahawk game with the love of her life Anthony Gomez. Earlier this year Megan was an inpatient at Virginia Mason Medical Center when she was visited by Bruce Irvin, #51 with the Seahawks. She was thrilled that he and his wife spent over an hour talking to her. Later, during that same stay at Virginia Mason she received a signed football and a note from Russell Wilson, #3, Seahawks quarter back. Megan liked baking and giving her baked goods away. She enjoyed providing the Grace Harvest Church Youth Group with cookies. She enjoyed cooking family recipes.
