Melba Lou Bolin, 72, passed on January 30, 2023. She was born on September 18, 1950.

She married Leroy 'Pete' Bolin and they lived together in Carmi, Illinois. Together they raised 6 children Regina Edwards, John Bolin, Jeff Bolin, Jim Bolin, Joe Bolin, Shannon DeLap. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren. Maegen Bobo, Whitney Bolin, Chelsea Wellen, Emily Bolin, Lauren Bolin,Jeremiah Bolin, Justin Bolin, Josiah Bolin, April Bolin, Jarred Bolin, Branden Quillman, Caleb Quillman, Dustin DeLap and Joshua DeLap.
