Mentoria L. CrossGraveside services to honor Mentoria L. Cross, 90, will be held 2 PM, Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Centuries Memorial Park. Mr. Ray Mohler will officiate. The Family will welcome visitors from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.Mrs. Cross was born on Tuesday, January 19, 1926 to Ivy and Cleo Adkins in Martin Community- a small rural community in Red River Parish. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. No doubt, her little corner of heaven (and perhaps her beloved husband James' too) sparkles bright with everything spotless and put in its proper place. Heaven gained this precious lady on Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, 2016.Preceding Mrs. Cross in death are her parents, her husband James F. Cross, her son Jerry Wayne Frazier, her granddaughter Robyn Ann Mohler, her great granddaughter Miranda Ann Frazier, and her sisters Sybil Wren and Marion D. May. Left to cherish her memory are her son Kenneth D. Frazier with wife Donna, her daughter Ann Mohler with husband Ray, her sister Ivy True Price, ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and numerous other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that a donation be made to the in her honor.
