Born on April 25, 1959, in Mobile, Alabama, Michael was a beacon of love and laughter to all who knew him. He brought joy into the lives of his family and friends, making each moment spent with him a cherished memory.
Michael served his country honorably in the Army, embodying the values of dedication and service. After his military service, he lived a life deeply rooted in faith, becoming a devout Christian who cherished his relationship with the Lord. His unwavering belief and love for worship influenced many, providing a source of comfort and strength to those around him.
An affectionate husband and father, Michael is survived by his loving wife, Antoinette Castaneda-Baldwin, and his cherished children: John Baldwin, Ray Baldwin, Sheryl Baldwin, and Marcel Baldwin. He was also a beloved stepfather to Michael Macias, Andrew Macias, Adrianna Castaneda, Brianna Castaneda, Arrianna Castaneda, and Julian Castaneda. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Samuel Baldwin, Charles Baldwin, and Shanice Baldwin, who brought him immeasurable joy.
Michael was known for his humor and lightheartedness, always quick with a joke and a smile. His caring nature and patience made him a pillar of support for his family and friends, who sought his wise counsel in times of need. He was a man who genuinely cared for others, always willing to lend a helping hand, and his impact on those around him will never be forgotten.
Preceded in death by his son Richard Baldwin, Michael's departure leaves a void that can never be filled. His family and friends are eternally grateful for the love and support they received during this difficult time.
