Michael Caperton1968 - 2017Michael Wayne Caperton, age 49, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, Nov 8, 2017, in Milton, FL.Mike is survived by his adoring fiancé, Rebecca, of Milton, FL; his cherished son, Christian Caperton, of Milton, FL; and his dedicated father, David Broxson, of Milton, FL. He leaves behind many loving cousins and family members on both the Caperton & Broxson side. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Broxson, of Milton, FL and his late wife and mother of Christian, Dijana Caperton, of Milton, FL.Mike was born on April 15, 1968 in Pensacola, FL, to Sherry Caperton. He was a true Southern gentlemen that believed in traditional family values. He was to be married to Rebecca on Friday, November 10th. The love & respect they shared for each other was truly inspiring. With this union Mike had gained another admirer: the love & respect of his soon to be stepson, Alejandro Dill. Mike was an avid outdoors man. He loved to fish, deer hunt, and spend every possible moment on the water soaking up the sun. The beach was his happy place. He loved coaching & cheering Christian on in his little league days and most recently the immense pride he had in Christian for his dedication to the ROTC program. Mike's family and friends will always remember his amazing smile that would light up a room, his quick wit, and kindness and compassion that had no limits. It's merely impossible to describe this amazing man in such simple terms and a short paragraph. Mike was a dedicated employee of Master Insulation for the majority of his adult life. The family would like to thank Master Insulation for everything they have done for Mike. They weren't just his employer but his family of brothers & sisters. A visitation & memorial to honor his life is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th, with visitation from 4-6p.m. and a tribute service at 6p.m. Service will be held at Trahan Family Funeral Home, 6539 Trammel Dr., MILTON, FL, 32570. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Mike's life.
