Michael D. Invernizzi, age 61, died on October 23, 2016, in Wake Med Cary Medical Center in Cary, NC. Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Diane L. Invernizzi of Holly Springs, NC; his brother Shawn Invernizzi, sister-in-law, Annmarie and his niece Kayleigh of Franklin, MA; sister, Maida Invernizzi of Medway, MA; his children, David Nolan of Holly Springs, NC, Tracey McCarthy (Kevin) of Plymouth, MA, Kevin Nolan (Amanda) of Quincy, MA, Christine Duffy (Timothy) of Holly Springs, NC, Amanda Koch of Vero Beach, FL, and Angela Koch of Holly Springs, NC, 11 grandchildren and a great-grandson. Michael was born on May 12, 1955 and grew up in Milford, MA. He worked in the construction/ equipment industry for 30+ years. He was employed by Larusso Corp. for many years and retired from Consigli Construction Co., Inc. in 2015. He was an avid train enthusiast, loved to cook and had a soft heart for animals. Michael was a great family man and friend who was always willing to help anyone in a time of need. A funeral is scheduled for Michael on Friday, October 28, 2016, 11:00am at Williford Funeral Home, 201 East Academy Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.
