Michael Dewayne Nichols went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2024,

Mr. Nichols was born on June 20, 1955, in Boley, Oklahoma to Rev. Calvin B. Nichols Sr, and Ruth Esther Nichols. His parents and four siblings (Calvin B. Nichols, Jr., Wanda R. Cunningham, Sheryl Y. Jackson and Patricia E. Jarrett) preceded him in death. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and was an active member in his father’s church.

 Michael graduated from Boley High School and briefly attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. He worked for and retired from the City of Oklahoma as a Supervisor. Michael loved to travel and see new places, so he drove tour buses to numerous states for a number of years.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

 He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his sister Janice (Arthur) Mann, Las Vegas, Nevada, Dwight Nichols, Columbus, Ohio, Pamela Valentine (Ronald), Lewisville, Texas, Phyllis Sammons (Paul) New Bern, North Carolina and Karen Nichols, Ft. Worth Texas and many relatives and friends.

 A viewing will be held at Temple & Sons Funeral home on December XX from XX to XX. A committal service will be held at Riverside Gardens Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
