GREENSBORO – Michael Edmund Lucas, 56, passed away January 12, 2021.

He was born on March 31, 1964 to Carse Lucas and Ruby King Lucas in Washington, DC.

He graduated from Duval High School, Lanham MD.  He later enlisted in the United Sates Army.

Michael loved baseball and was a former coach. 

He was employed as a maintenance worker at Walmart. 

Survivors include siblings, Carse Lucas Jr., Stanley King (Lesley), Jeffrey Lucas, Rev. Scott Lucas (Loretta), Sam Lucas, Karen Lucas, Rev. Brian Lucas (Tonya) and Yanisha Lucas Driggers (David); other relatives and friends.
