Michael Heard Jr, born on February 13th, 1976, passed away unexpectedly on May 29th, 2023 due to a heart attack. Known to his family as "Mikey," he grew up and lived in various places, but always considered home wherever his loved ones were.

Mikey was a loving husband to his wife Deonwick Riley-Heard of 20 years and a proud father of six children: Michael 3rd, Jermichael, Bryson, Makayla, Jordan, and Lyquerria. He was an active participant in their extra-curricular activities, always cheering them on from the sidelines of the football field, the stage, and the dance studio.

Aside from being a dedicated father, Mikey was a pro behind the wheel. He worked as a truck driver for many years and always had a story to tell about his adventures on the open road.

Although his sudden passing has left a hole in our hearts, we remember Mikey for his infectious laugh, his warm hugs, and his ability to make anyone feel at home. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Mikey.
