Michael “Mike” Keith Scardina died peacefully in his home on April 17, 2020 in Stafford, Virginia at the age of 60.
Mike is survived by his two children, Michael Scardina II (Callie) of New Mexico and Dominique Scardina of North Carolina; father, Anthony Scardina Sr. and brother Anthony Scardina Jr. (Wendy) of Virginia; and former wife Patricia Giles of Virginia. He is preceded in death by his mother Kathryn of Virginia and sister Vicki of Minnesota.
Mike was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina in 1959 into a Marine Corps family. He went to schools in Quantico/Triangle growing up and graduated from Garfield High School. He started his own business and was known as the “#1 Tile Doctor.” Mike was a social, active man who loved bowling, playing poker, and was a diehard Green Bay Packers fan.
His family and friends will always remember his outrageous sense of humor by telling jokes.
Due to the current pandemic, there is no funeral service, but we appreciate all the love and support and encourage everyone to share their favorite memories of Mike on this memorial website.

If only we could have taken that last trip we planned, but you are with Vicki now and I bet Heaven is a lot like New Orleans - a beautiful, fun party with everyone who went home before us. I miss you both so very much, it hurts. My cousins, my best friends. Taken too soon. Just too soon. My heart is heavy, but also full of love knowing you are safe and healthy and your love stays tucked right here in my pocket. xoxo - Cousin P
