Michael Quinton Partridge, beloved father, son, and brother, passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 51.
Born on July 13, 1972, Michael lived a fulfilling life and touched the hearts of many with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering sense of humor.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents Quinton Partridge, Gary Earley and Alice Earley. Michael is survived by his children Erin Partridge Bailey (Nathan), Alexandra Partridge, and Kade Mason; his siblings Jacky Partridge (Kelly), Ronnie Partridge (Pam) and Kerry Partridge Savage (Philip) and a host of extended family members and friends who mourn his loss.
Michael had a passion for nature and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He was an avid fisher and loved exploring the beautiful landscapes of his surrounding areas. Michael found solace in nature and believed it was the best remedy for any worries or troubles he faced. His love for the environment serves as a reminder for us to appreciate and protect the world we live in.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Michael will remember him for his warm heart, infectious laughter, and unconditional love for animals. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of sharing in his life.
Michael passed down his love for animals, passion for art, and adventurous spirit to both of his beloved daughters.
At Michael’s request, he will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Coosa River Basin Initiative to keep the waters Michael loved clean.
“If someone should ask for me tell'em heaven is where I'll be. I've finished all my life's chores, and now I fish on heaven's shores.
The view is grand and the fishing's great, but I yearn for you as I wait. I'lI save a spot on the river's bend, for all those I call family and friend.
But for now, sail out to sea and make a cast in memory, to all the good times that you had, with me- your friend, your brother, your dad.
And if the fish no longer bite or seem no longer worth the fight, ‘cause it's me that you are missin" don't worry - be happy - I've only gone fishin'”
