PALM HARBOR, FL Michele Diane (Krouse) Keenan, 50, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Fla., after a brief struggle fighting cancer. A Memorial Mass was held at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Dunedin, Fla., followed by a gathering of family and friends for a Celebration of Life. She was the wife of Kenneth Keenan II, sharing 24 years, and loving mother to three wonderful boys, Kenneth II, Ryan and Patrick, residing in Palm Harbor, Fla. with her beloved dog, Audrey (Audi). Michele was born on December 29, 1964, in York, Pa., daughter of Michael D. Krouse and Grace R. (Weir) Krouse, Manchester, Pa. In addition to her husband, children and parents, she is survived by a brother, David C. Krouse and wife Abby, Columbia, Pa.; sister, Jennifer L. Stambaugh and companion Carl Brillhart of Manchester, Pa. Preceded in death by a brother, Michael A. Krouse. Additional family members include nieces, Alyssa Krouse and Kaitlyn Stambaugh; nephews, Adam Krouse and Logan Brillhart; aunts, uncles and numerous faithful friends. Michele was a graduate of the Class of 1982 from Northeastern High School, Manchester, Pa. and attended Mansfield University, majoring in Fashion Design. She was self-employed, establishing a business as a Certified Website Designer and Developer. She was a farm member of PAOBA (Pennsylvania Alpacas Owners Breeders Association) and adopted mother to two alpacas, Quick Silver and Michele My Belle.
