Mickey John Henderson, Sr.Mickey John Henderson Sr., age 74, passed away on July 12th, 2017, in San Pedro, CA. Mickey is survived by his loving wife, Helen; his daughter, Lanette (Robert) Nunez; his brother Chuck Henderson; his sister Cynthia Tremain; his grandchildren, Krislin Nunez, Kelsey Nunez, Mickey Henderson III, Taylor Henderson, and Giorgio Henderson. He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Mickey John Henderson Jr. Mickey was born on December 10th, 1942 in Illinois, to parents Charles and Jane Henderson. He was a Crane Operator for the L.A. Harbor, where he worked for more than 40 years. Mickey was a great family man and a loving father. He was a social, active man who enjoyed boat racing, tinkering with miscellaneous gadgets, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers. A funeral is scheduled for Mickey at 10am on Wednesday, July 19th, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. A committal ceremony in Green Hills Memorial Park will follow.
