Miguel AlanizOxnard, CAOn October 27, 2016, God Almighty called upon our beloved Miguel to join him in Heaven as one of his Angels.Miguel was born on June 29, 1989 to Anita and Juan Alaniz. He became brother to Noel, Juan Alfredo, Diego, Arturo, and later in life to Alicia Alaniz.From his birth, Miguel showed the strength that characterized his persona and which he carried with him through his entire life. He did not let the cerebral palsy that he was born with keep him from living his life. It is evident that during his 27 years on earth he had a profound impact on those he touched. Without ever speaking a word he gave us lessons that will forever be ingrained in our lives and will continue to guide us each and every day.As Miguel begins his new journey as an Angel of Heaven, we take comfort in the knowledge that he is free of all ill to enjoy everything Heaven has to offer. We know that he will be watching over us and will give us the strength with which he lived his life with. Miguel is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Jose and Marina, his paternal grandparents Macario and Josefa and his cousin Jessica. He is survived by his mother Anita, his father Juan, his brothers Noel, Juan Alfredo, Diego, and Arturo. His sister Alicia, his sister in law Michelle, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.Miguel will forever be missed, and forever be remembered.Visitation will be held from 10:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 with a rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. at the Garcia Mortuary Chapel in Oxnard. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Santa Clara Chapel in Oxnard, CA. Interment to follow at Santa Clara Cemetery.
