He is survived by his partner, Luz Cardona, and their six children: Vinaida Reyna, Zobeyda DeJesus (spouse Tony DeJesus), Miguel A. Cardona, Jr., Angel I. Cardona (spouse Carolina Cardona), Omyra Cardona, and Angel.

Miguel was a dedicated member of the Going to Car Shows organization, where he devoted his time and energy to helping others in the community.

He had a passion for playing guitar and spent many hours strumming his favorite tunes. Miguel's love for music brought joy to those around him and will be greatly missed.

He leaves behind ten grandchildren, who will always remember the love and laughter that he brought into their lives.
