Minnie Ramsour English, lovingly known as "Minnie Mouse," passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 73. She was born on January 4, 1950, in a small town that she always claimed was the best place on earth but couldn't remember the name of.
Minnie had a larger-than-life personality and always had a smile on her face. She was known for her sense of humor and love of practical jokes, which kept her family and friends on their toes. She especially loved to "borrow" items from her loved ones' homes and return them in unexpected places, like putting a toaster in the shower or a lamp on the back porch.
Minnie's infectious laughter and sense of adventure made her the life of every party. She loved trying new things, such as bungee jumping and skydiving (which she did twice, just for the thrill). She was also an avid traveler and visited every state in the U.S., as well as many countries around the world.
Aside from her sense of humor and love of adventure, Minnie was fiercely loyal to her family and friends. She was the first person to offer a helping hand or lend an ear to someone in need. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.
Minnie is survived by her husband, two children, and countless friends and extended family members who will miss her dearly. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your favorite charity in Minnie's honor. Rest in peace, Minnie Mouse. You will be forever loved and missed.
