Mireya Garcia-Lauritzen Dos Santos, 69, of Itararé, São Vicente, passed Sunday, August 25, 2019. Argelia was born to Jair I Tamar Lauritzen, and Isabela Dos Santos, March 23, 1950 in São Vicente, São Paulo. She married Carlos H. Garcia in 1974, and they lived together in Itararé until his passing. Mireya later moved to be close to her beloved husband in Guadalajara Jalisco.

Mireya is survived by 5 children: Carlos Garcia (Jenny Sanchez-Garcia), Jair Garcia, Rivaldo Garcia (Stephanie Moore-Garcia), Yvette Orellana (Daniel Elanco), and Anette Francia. She also is survived by 7 grandchildren.
