We are saddened to announce the passing of Miriam Lieberman, born on July 9, 1950, in McPherson, Kansas. Miriam, loving wife of Bobby Scott, passed away on February 26, 2025, after a brief illness.

She was the daughter of Delbert and Betty Lieberman and dear sister of Vicki (Lieberman) Beebe. Miriam attended McPherson High School, graduating in 1968, before furthering her education at Wichita State and graduating in 1972.

Throughout her career, Miriam worked at Butler County Memorial Hospital before retiring in 2004. She was also actively involved in the McPherson Eagles Club organization.

When she wasn't working or volunteering, Miriam enjoyed gardening, riding motorcycles, and spending time out on the water boating.

Miriam will be remembered as favorite auntie to Sara, Molly, and Adam and as coolest babysitter to her 8 great nieces and nephews. She will be remembered always for her kindness, sense of humor, and love for life. The family will be hosting a private service in McPherson. Memorials preferred to the Jewish Federation of North America. May her memory be a blessing.
