Mitchell was born in Winterville, North Carolina onDecember 21, 1664 to Ramon Best & Evelyn Carmon. Heattended and graduated from D.H ConleyHigh School in 1983. While receiving education, Mitch was also known for his athletic skills. He did not discriminate against any sport, he played them All. Cox attendedMerced College in 1984, during his course of study, he decided to change his career and join the military where he served 5 years and 11 months. After Mitchell completed his assignment in the army, he immediately moved to Seattle Washington in 1990 where he worked and lived for the rest of his life.
He enjoyed helping others no matter the what the situation was. He was known for his loyalty and his faithfulness to others. His family meant everythingto him. Just as he served in the military he served his family the same way. With dignity and pride. There was never a dull moment with Mitch, he was very outgoing and brought light to every room he walked in. Mitchell will be truly missed .
