We lost an awesome neighbor here in Hanover. Monica was one of the 3 African-American women who started the Exeter Park 1 HOA, along with myself and Stephanie. When Stephanie and I stepped down, Monica continued serving. Monica was such a blessing to have as a neighbor. She always tried to help out when it was needed. If she couldn't help she would recruit others. She saved the day for me so many times, starting with letting me know how great a sitter her daughter Jordan is, who is absolutely one of the best! She even recruited her son to help with a Santa Claus delivery issue. I can't imagine the neighborhood without her, such a tremendous loss. I will miss her dearly. Submitted with heartfelt condolences, Shontrea (neighbor)
