Montisze Manuel, beloved resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 37.
Born on January 2, 1986, Montisze brought joy and laughter to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He had a zest for life that was truly contagious, and his quirky sense of humor was unmatched.
Montisze was a true lover of sports. Whether it was attending local sporting events or watching Dallas Cowboy, Duke basketball or Sooner Football, he had an appreciation for creativity that knew no bounds. You could often find him lost in a good tv show or jotting down his thoughts in one of his many journals.
In addition to his passion for the arts, Montisze had a deep love for all things food. He was an adventurous eater and never shied away from trying new and exotic dishes. He loved exploring different cuisines and cherished the memorable meals he shared with friends and family. Montisze's energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he had an amazing ability to bring people together. Whether it was organizing impromptu dance parties or hosting game nights, there was never a dull moment in Montisze's presence.
He will be dearly missed by his family and the countless friends he touched with his vibrant personality and kind heart. Montisze was predeceased by his grandmother and grandfather Eraina and John Manuel. He is survived by his life partner Erin Cleveland, his three children (Autumn, Damani and Grayson), his brothers and sister (Darion Cook, Maurice Randle, Zohnique Randle) and a long list of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. We can take solace in knowing that he lived his life to the fullest and left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
While Montisze's light may have been extinguished too soon, his spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of those who loved him. May he rest in eternal peace, forever dancing among the stars.
