Mrs. Myra Gwyn Mullins Bradshaw entered into eternal life on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016.She was born on Jan. 25, 1950 in Lebanon to Earl and Delores Mullins. A devoted wife to Gerald U. Bradshaw (Jerry), married on Dec. 16, 1967. Together they built a loving home in Lebanon, where they raised their four children. Remaining at their residence, they have enjoyed watching their grandchildren entertain themselves with the many activities that come with living on a farm.Myra worked as a bookkeeper and secretary at St. Augustine Church for 13 years. She was dedicated to her unwavering Catholic faith, and valued the comfort and serenity experience with the Rosary and daily prayer. Although she has found eternal peace, with no further suffering, those left behind will mourn her passing. She was a true blessing to all who knew her. We will miss her undeniable kind heart, friendship, quick wit, and contagious laughter.She was preceded in death by: parents, Earl Victor Mullins and Delores Thompson Mullins Salsman; and nephew, James Chadwick Leake.Survivors include: her husband of 48 years, Gerald U. Bradshaw (Jerry) of Lebanon; three daughters, Shannon (Todd) Edwards of Louisville, Anneliese (Fred) Montgomery and Lorelei (Jay) Raikes, both of Lebanon; one son, Eric (Stephanie) Bradshaw of Lebanon; 11 grandchildren: Jordan, Cameron and Ireland Edwards, all of Louisville, Lauren and Landon Bradshaw, Brandon Knopp, Nicole and Freddy Montgomery, Myra Jo Shelton, Shelby and Rayon Raikes, all of Lebanon; three brothers, Victor Mullins of Oakland, California, Michael (Terri) Mullins of Lebanon, and Joey Mullins of Bardstown; and five sisters, Linda Ralston of Lebanon, Jennifer (John) Sullivan of Danville, Mimie (Tommy) Brown of Louisville, Debbie (Joe Pat) O'Daniel of Bowling Green, and Mary Ann (Raphy) Whitehouse of Bardstown.A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at St. Rose Catholic Church, Springfield, with interment in St. Augustine Church Cemetery. Rev. Kevin McGrath, who she loved and respected, was the celebrant.Pallbearers were her son, Eric Bradshaw, sons-in-law, Todd Edwards, Fred Montgomery, Jay Raikes, and brothers, Victor, Michael, and Joey Mullins.Honorary pallbearers were her 11 grandchildren.Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, was in charge of arrangements.
