Odle, Nadine L. Nadine Louise Odle passed away on April 1, 2017 at the Oasis in Fellowship Square in Mesa, AZ at age 93. She was born on April 6, 1923 in Crawfordsville, IN. Later her family moved to Illinois where she graduated from Hoopeston High School in 1942. She married Clarence B. Odle and traveled with him during his service with the US Army Air Force. After he was killed in the Korean War in 1950, she returned to work to support her family. In the 70's, she opened Alpha Academy preschool and taught many children for the next 25 years. After retiring, she moved to Sun Lakes, Arizona in 2003 to be closer to her children. She is survived by two children: Janet Odle of Sun Lakes, AZ and Ben Odle of Thousand Oaks, CA, one grandson Nathan Odle and daughter-in-law Liz Odle of Thousand Oaks, CA. Visitation will be at the Anderson Funeral Home in Hoopeston, IL on April 19 followed by her funeral on April 20 at the First Christian Church in Hoopeston. Burial will immediately follow at the Floral Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to PBS or Sun Lakes Neighbors Who Care.
