Nancy Raye FazenbakerA celebration of the life of Nancy Raye Fazenbaker will be held beginning at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Brother Gary Weaber of Open Door Bible Church will officiate.A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home.Nancy passed away June 16, 2017 at the age of 77 in Shreveport, LA. She was born on September 21, 1939 to Phil Allen and Rachel Shannon in Ft. Worth Texas. She dedicated her life to the care and upbringing of her family and worked endlessly with the many school and organizations that her children and grandchildren were involved in. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Mother and Father-in-Law, Mary and Nathaniel Fazenbaker and Granddaughter Heather Ann Fazenbaker.She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Andrew Keith Fazenbaker; son, Phil Emerson Fazenbaker and wife Alma; daughter, Cynthia Fazenbaker Henry and husband Russell; Grandsons: Nathaniel Fazenbaker and wife Kelley, Tyler Fazenbaker and Matthew Henry; Granddaughter Kaylynn Henry Craig and husband Quinton; brother, Phil Allen Shannon, Jr and wife Mary; sister, Claudia Kay Walley; numerous nephews and nieces.The family would also like to thank the wonderful staff of Montclair Park Memory Care and Hospice Nurse Casey for their loving care of Nancy during her final months.Condolences may be shared with the family at www.hillcrestmemorialfh.com
