Natalie Castille Brondum passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the age of 87. She has now rejoined her late husband, Carl F. Brondum, Sr., in their heavenly home. She was the loving mother of Carl F. Brondum, Jr. (Michelle), Lisa B. Cogbill (Jerry) and Steven J. Brondum (Sandy). Grandmother of Nicholas J. Brondum and Margaux Antoine. She is also survived by three siblings; Jenny Monticino, Dorothy Gautreaux and John Castille. Natalie was born on May 31, 1929 to Edna Kramer Castille and Walter Castille, Sr., who have preceded her in death. She is predeceased by four of her siblings; Walter Castille, Jr., Edward Castille, Clarence Castille and Mary C. Smith. Natalie will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to express their gratitude for the compassion that the staff and community of Sunrise of Metairie has provided. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
