HAYSVILLE-Rusher, Neal W. 79, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2016, in Wichita. Neal was born on November 28, 1936 in Wichita, KS, the son of William and Fern (Gilman) Rusher. Neal and Lois (Brisbin) Rusher were united in marriage on May 9, 1973 in Wichita. Together they celebrated 43 years of marriage. Neal served in the United States Marines from 1960 to 1966. Neal was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Derby. He served in the Oklahoma City Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, David and Allen Anderson; brother, Dale Rusher; and sister, Norma Jean (Rusher) Holmes. Survivors include his loving wife, Lois of Haysville; children, Tina Espinoza of Colorado; brothers, Richard Rusher of Georgia; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation with family present will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita, KS. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2016, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1409 S. Rock Rd., Derby, KS. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita, KS. Memorials can be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Missionary Fund or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
