Nelson Vance, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on May 1, 2024, in Dayton, Ohio. He was born on February 7, 1942, to Russell and Ora Sapp Vance.

In 1982, Nelson married the love of his life, Donna Vance, and together they raised four children: Kurt, Charlie (married to Dana Vance), Susie (married to Dennis Kidd), and Linda (married to Clifford Ratliff). Nelson was also a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren.

Nelson was a hardworking man who owned his own cable and phone systems, providing for his family with dedication and love.

In his spare time, Nelson enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as watching Kentucky basketball and baseball games. He was a fun-loving man with a great sense of humor and a kind heart.

On May 1, 2024, Nelson Vance passed away due to heart complications. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends, but his memory will live on in their hearts forever.
