Neoma Florence (Galey) Keller92, passed away Sunday evening, April 30, 2017 in Kansas City. Florence was born on July 17, 1924 in Frankfort, Indiana and graduated from Frankfort High School. She worked at P.R. Mallory and Western Electric, retiring in 1985. She was an active member of Englewood Christian Church until moving to Kansas in 2005 where she spent the next decade sitting for both her great-grandchildren until they started elementary school. She enjoyed all things family.Visitation will be Friday, May 5, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St., with funeral services Saturday, May 6th at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.Florence was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 53 years, Robert Keller, and sisters Mary Smither, Thelma Pickering, and Dazie Bland. Survivors include son, James (Robin), granddaughters Erica (Ryan) Bier and Jessica Keller, great-grandchildren Emma and John Bier, sister Barbara Snell-Cochran, and half-sisters Leanna (Charles) Thomas, Polly (Jean) Galey, Molly Galey, Colleen (Sam) Samii, and Terri (Bud) Vaughn, sister-in-law Joan (Robert) Juday, and numerous nieces and nephews. www.shirleybrothers.com
