Ebeling, NicholasNicholas James Ebeling, 26, of Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Nich was born on March 19, 1990, the son of Daniel Ebeling and Susan Spofford. He graduated from Preble High School where he lettered in wrestling. He continued his education at NWTC in Sturgeon Bay, graduating from the Diesel Mechanic Program. Nich had a huge heart and helped anybody no matter what. He was a bigger man than the 5 feet he was. Nich took pride in working on cars. He enjoyed being an uncle to his nephews Oliver, Charlie, and Andre. Nich enjoyed goose hunting and family time at the cabin. He loved telling jokes, especially around the campfire.Nich is survived by his best buddy, his chocolate lab, Rex; his parents, Dan Ebeling and Sue Spofford; his brother, Zachary (Erin Stillman) Ebeling; his paternal grandmother, Joan Ebeling; his maternal grandmother, Carole Spofford; many aunts and uncles and many, many cousins.Nich was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Merlin Ebeling and Richard Spofford.Friends may gather at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E.
