Noble Thomas Crossley, 90, of Daytona Beach, passed away on November 20, 2016 at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Palm Coast. He was born on April 23, 1926 in Kinsale, Virginia to John Wesley and Sarah Louise Crossley. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday December 3, 2016 in the Chapel at Cardwell Baggett & Summers Funeral Home with a visitation being held from 10am til the Service begins. He retired on June 17, 1967 from the United States Army as a Sergeant First Class after 24 years serving during WWII, Korea and Vietnam. He worked for a florist supply company in Washington DC and as a handyman for a realtor in Woodbridge, VA. Then he worked as a courier for Signet Bank. He was a member of Beacon Baptist Church, VFW Post 1590, and the Moose Lodge where he received the highest degree and a Pilgrim. He enjoyed the dog track, casinos, nascar, yard work, handyman work and the Washington Redskins. Survivors include son, John (Crystal) Crossley of Mechanicsville, VA; two daughters, Reba (Gary) Stump of Lafayette, TN and Frances (Richard) Wallace of Merced, CA; two sisters, Louise Dickerson of Colonia Beach, VA and Betty Lou Johnson of Michigan; fourteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his here wives, Dorothy, Gennice and Mary Crossley as well as his son, Thomas Crossley, Sr. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.cardwellfuneral.com Arrangements are under the careful direction of Cardwell Baggett & Summers Funeral Home.
