Norma Rosa Reyes, 73, of Santo Domingo, Nacional, passed away on 10/29/2024. Born on 04/08/1951, Norma was known for her kind and gentle spirit. She was a devoted friend and loved by all who knew her. Norma was passionate about helping others and dedicated much of her time to charitable causes in her community.
