Norma A. RamboCROOKSVILLE: Norma A. Rambo, 88, of Crooksville, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Genesis Care and Rehabilitation in New Lexington. Norma was born on March 10, 1928 in Perry County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Vernon and Gladys (Wolfe) Stoneburner.She was a member of Iliff Methodist Church in McLuney where she was also a member of the Women's group.Norma is survived by her daughters, Susan Altier of Crooksville and Sheryl Camper of O'Fallon, IL; her sons, David (Cheryl) Rambo, Daniel Rambo both of Crooksville and Martin (Alice) Rambo of Gillette, WY; her brother Carl Stoneburner of Zanesville; her sisters-in-law, Sharon Stoneburner of Zanesville and Janet Rambo of Crooksville; her grandchildren, Scott (Alison) Rambo, Darron (Shayla) Rambo, Kelly Rambo, Shelly Rambo, Daniel Rambo, Darryl (Ann) Rambo, Terra Faye (Jeff) Bird, Kerri (Brian) Eveland, Melissa (Mike) Brown, Matthew Camper, Brittany Camper, Robert (Brin) Rambo and Jennifer (Tim) Wilson; her great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Norma is preceded in death by her husband, Russell C. Rambo who passed away May 20, 1995; her sister, Nola Baker; her brother, David Stoneburner; her sons-in-law, John Altier and Maurice Camper; her brother-in-law, Fred Baker and her sister-in-law, Ramona Stoneburner.Family and friends will be received 4:00 PM-8:00 PM, Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME, 36 N. BUCKEYE ST., CROOKSVILLE and one hour prior to the funeral service. Funeral services and a celebration of Norma's life will be 1:30 PM, Sunday, December 4 at the Iliff United Methodist Church, 3992 Flint Ridge Rd., Crooksville with Pastor Greg Imboden officiating. Burial will follow in Iliff Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Norma to Iliff United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 50, Crooksville. Envelopes will be available.
