We mourn the loss of Norma Phillips, who passed away on July 11, 2024, in Georgetown, Demerara-Mahaica, Guyana. Norma was born on December 23, 1948, to Richard and Ann Phillips. She is survived by her partner, Peter Mingo, and their three children, Melissa, Rene, and Joe. She loves her children, Rene Jr, Roshanna and Tanisha.

Norma was a devoted member of the Glory Light Tabernacle Church and found great joy in serving her community through this organization. She had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing as a hobby.

Norma's passing was a result of a sudden heart attack, leaving her family and friends in shock and sadness. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
