Fugit, Norman Carter Norman Carter Fugit, 84, of Peoria, was called home to Heaven on September 29, 2017. He was born on December 4, 1932 in Jefferson County, MO to the late Eldon and Waive. Norman grew up in Missouri, Colorado, Southern CA and eventually Glendale; attending Glendale H.S. He married Leah Mae Gilbert on October 1, 1954. Norman is survived by sons Craig (Debbie) of Charlotte and Mark (Debra) of Peoria; 5 grandchildren; Nicole (Adam) Bowen, Matthew and Lauren of Charlotte as well as Austin (Naomi) of Peoria and Kyle (Lizzie) of Chandler; 5 great-grandchildren; Mamie Lynn and John "Jack" McCullough Bowen and Elliana, Colton and Kenzie Fugit & many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Leah and brother Truman. Norman retired from Audiotone and then worked for his son Mark for a number of years.
