Norman is survived by one son, Kefeen Cormier; one daughter, Kaylie Cormier; two brothers, Jimmy Cormier, Vernell Cormier; three grandchildren, Gavin Bushnell, Varisha Stevens, DeJane Davis.
He was preceded in death by his father, Early Cormier; mother, Ruby Gautreaux Cormier; two brothers, .Norman Cormier was born on August 12th, 1957. He was born to Early and Ruby Cormier of Eunice Louisiana. He had two children Kefeen and Kaylie Cormier one son-in-law Ricky Caballero, one grandson Gavin James Bushnell, and two grand daughters Risha Steven and Dejane Davis. He has two surviving Brothers Jimmy Cormier and Vernel Cormier. Although he has many friends, nieces, and nephews, some of his closest friends were Michael and Kathy Ball, Shane and Jennifer, Raphael Christman, and Mr. Moroe. 

      My father was a loving and kind man always willing to give everything he had for the sake of someone else's happiness. There's not one thing that you can ask my dad to do that he would not do for you. He was a giver he gave himself to the people and he gave himself to his family. He was a dedicated worker to LSUE for 27 years. He was a lawn man for many people and he did side jobs for many of you if you called Norman, he would do the job to the best of his ability because he wanted everybody that he work for it to be proud of him. I was very proud of him. He was my hero and there is nothing he could have done wrong in my eyes. Even in his imperfections, he was still perfect to me. The mole was broke the day that he was made. There will be never be another one like him. My dad always will go above and beyond to help anyone who was in need. He was my dad. He was my father. He was my hero. God has gained an amazing helper and a amazing caretaker. We love you Dad and one day we will all be sitting around the throne room of Heaven worshipping our true creator. Until we meet again, I will carry you in my heart every day. You may have passed away, but your love and memory will live on through me and and the ones that have been given the gift of knowing
