Olga Garcia, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and member of the Houston community, passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 70. She was born on April 1, 1954, in Houston, Texas, to proud parents Juan and Olga Duarte.

Olga was a devoted partner to Joe Garcia and a loving mother to her four children. She is survived by Laura Catalina (Mariano Dominguez), Olga Christina (Jesse Agirre), Christopher Donald, and Joe Garcia.

Throughout her life, Olga found joy in her role as a grandmother to ten grandchildren. She cherished the time she spent with them and was always there to offer guidance and support.

Olga attended Jeff Davis High School and went on to work for HISD and the Houston Public Library. She was dedicated to her profession and made a lasting impact on those she served.

Outside of work, Olga had a passion for arts and crafts. She spent countless hours creating beautiful pieces and always enjoyed sharing her love for creativity with others.

Olga will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
