Ollie Parish, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on June 29, 2025, in Brookhaven, Mississippi, at the age of 77. She was born on January 12, 1948, to John and Emma Lou Parish.

Ollie is survived by her three children, Shirley Parkinson (spouse Michael Parkinson), Tisha Carter, and Broderick Carter (spouse Ashely Marie Anderson).

She also leaves behind two cherished grandchildren.

Ollie was known for her love of card games and baking. She could always be found making delicious treats for her family and friends, or hosting a friendly game night.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
