Omar Tolbert, born on February 22, 1970, in Brooklyn, New York, United States, passed away on May 2, 2024.

Omar is survived by his two children, Crystal Palmer and Chase Palmer, both of whom are married to Susie Palmer. He is also survived by six beloved grandchildren.

Throughout his life, Omar had a passion for sports and music. He enjoyed watching and playing various sports, and could often be found attending games and rooting for his favorite teams. In his free time, Omar also loved listening to music and attending concerts.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who knew him. Rest in peace, Omar Tolbert.
