Opal Barker, 84, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on December 4, 2024. She was born on August 19, 1940. Opal was known for her kind heart and gentle spirit, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. She will live on by daughter Cindy (Danny) Pound, Grandson Daniel (Danielle) Pound, Great Grandsons (Frank,Brenden,Braxton,Brodie Pound) Grandaughter April Pound, relatives and close friends. She had a passion for gardening and spent countless hours tending to her flowers. Opal had a love for music and enjoyed singing in the church choir. Her warm smile and positive attitude left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Opal will be deeply missed by her community and friends.
